Key Details

• What exactly do they need? The U.S. Army needs a contractor to provide snow, ice, and sand removal services for its base in Natick, MA. This includes plowing paved surfaces, roads, parking lots, and sidewalks, as well as clearing sidewalks, stairs, entryways, building aprons, gazebos, and handicap access ramps. The contractor will also apply sand and salt to these areas and load and haul snow.
• What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and nine 12-month option years. The period of performance will be one year, with the option to extend for up to nine additional years.
