The VA needs a small business to provide software maintenance and support services for existing MyPath tools at the Puget Sound Healthcare System. The services include providing an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM (Nitid Bit, LLC) to provide maintenance and support services for existing, proprietary equipment/system. The software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
This is a firm-fixed price purchase order with a base plus three (3) option years. The base year is September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, and the option years are September 1, 2027 to August 31, 2028, September 1, 2028 to August 31, 2029, and September 1, 2029 to August 31, 2030.
- How will they pick the winner?
The award will be based on the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.

Offers must be emailed to Jennifer Robles at jennifer.robles1@va.gov and received no later than 1:00 PM Mountain on 08/10/2026.
