- The base year is September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
- Option years one through three will be September 1, 2027, to August 31, 2028, September 1, 2028, to August 31, 2029, and September 1, 2029, to August 31, 2030, respectively.
- How will they pick the winner?
- The award will be based on the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
- The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
