The Army needs a Woman-Owned small business to manage solid waste at Arlington National Cemetery. This includes collecting and disposing municipal solid waste, scrap metal, construction demolition debris, and single stream recycling. The contractor will also support the relocation of waste collection infrastructure upon completion of the Southern Expansion project.

The Government intends to award a 5-year contract with an optional 6-month extension.

Heads up — easy to miss
- There will be a Site Visit held on June 23, 2026, 10:00 AM-11:30 AM EST at ANC Welcome Center. Contractors will need to limit the number of vehicles to one per vendor to limit the interference with cemetery daily operations.
