The Army needs a small business to provide solid waste management services at Fort Hood, Texas.

What exactly do they need? The contractor shall perform all management, supervisory, professional services, clerical, and administrative functions and furnish all labor, plant, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies, except as provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
