The Army needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to construct a static display for an F-15 heritage aircraft.

  • What exactly do they need?

The contractor will construct sloped concrete sides around an existing raised pedestal for a static F-15 heritage aircraft display. They will also demolish and remove the traffic island located in front of the West Gate guard shack, repair the underlying irrigation, and repave the area.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest quote.

  • A site visit is tentatively scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT. To be granted base access, Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form.
