Stockmore Admin Site Renovation

BASE - This project is renovation work at the Forest Service Stockmore Building. Work includes window installations, exterior door installations, door hardware installations on the 2 garage closet doors, demolition work, electrical work, and remodeling work in 2 restrooms. B. OPTION #1 � Option #1 work includes the preparation, priming and painting of interior walls, ceilings, wood trim and doors. C. OPTION #2 � Option #2 work includes the installation of vinyl sheet flooring and rubber wall base in offices, halls and restrooms. Vinyl flooring shall be installed over existing tile flooring. D. OPTION #3 � Option #3 � Work includes providing and installing a water fountain in the garage to replace the original water fountain.
