The Army needs a small business to supply stone and soil for ongoing road maintenance at Fort Drum. The required products include light stone fill, medium stone fill, subbase, washed stone, dry rip wrap, railroad ballast, and topsoil. These materials are needed to maintain roads, road shoulders, culverts, parking lots, range roads, railroad ties, and grass areas in the cantonment areas of Fort Drum.

The Army will enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple businesses. The BPA will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years.
