The contractor must possess demonstrated experience supporting federal organizations in strategic planning and organizational transformation efforts. This includes the ability to design and facilitate executive-level strategy sessions, conduct structured ideation workshops, develop strategic goals and initiatives, establish KPIs, and train leadership and staff on the execution of the strategic plan and KPI monitoring.
