This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for awards with total value over $15,000, and a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Government Purchase Card transaction for awards with total value under $15,000. How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate the Quoter's proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable, and will also evaluate the Quoter's past performance on a Go/No-Go basis. The assessment will be based on the following criteria: Timeliness of Deliveries and Order Accuracy and Completeness. When and how do you bid? The completed solicitation package must be returned no later than 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 26, 2026. Quotes MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation.
