The Air Force needs a small business to provide worldwide Contractor Logistics Support for its TMQ-53 systems.

- What exactly do they need? The contractor will provide worldwide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for sustainment efforts supporting TMQ-53 systems from FY26 to FY31. This includes comprehensive program management, logistics support, Operational, Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) impact analysis, test and evaluation, Configuration Control Board (CCB) support, and obsolescence and systems engineering.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contractual ordering vehicle with a four-year base ordering and performance period and a six-month extension option.
- How will they pick the winner? The evaluation will be based on the best-value tradeoff between price and technical factors.
- When and how do you bid? Proposals are due no later than 20 July 2026 5:00PM EDT and must be submitted in accordance with Attachment 5 - TMOS CLS Section L - Instructions to Offerors.
