Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to provide technical and analytical support for operational testing and evaluation of naval systems. This includes documentation review, operational test design, test planning support, test execution, data management, test operations support, test analysis and reporting, modeling and simulation support, aircraft coordination, and program management support.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The proposed contract is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a five-year ordering period and an option to extend services for an additional six months. The period of performance is estimated to commence around 30 October 2026.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate responses based on the contractor's ability to provide the minimum requirements, including past performance information.
- When and how do you bid? Responses should be emailed to Tierra Watson at tierra.k.watson.civ@us.navy.mil by 11:00 AM EST, 16 June 2026. Please note that this is not a request for a proposal, and respondents will not be notified of the results.
