The technical approach will be assessed by evaluating the vendor's Technical Approach Submission. The Government will evaluate the quote against the requirements to determine whether it is acceptable or unacceptable.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes are due via email to Michelle Muniz at michelle.a.muniz.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00 AM PST on 2 July 2026.
