The VA New Jersey Healthcare System needs a small business to provide temporary overnight lodging services for eligible Veterans.

- What exactly do they need? Temporary overnight accommodations for eligible Veterans at a single, dedicated facility with ADA-compliant rooms, all-inclusive daily room rates, on-site laundry facilities, and complimentary shuttle transportation to/from the VA New Jersey Healthcare System.
- What is the timeline? The contract will run for 4 years with an option to renew.
- When is the deadline? The response deadline is June 8, 2026, at 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

- Any certified small business may apply.
- Has experience providing temporary lodging services for medical patients
- Has a 4-star or higher facility rating from a nationally recognized rating source
