The Department of Veterans Affairs needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to build a temporary supportive housing unit and welcome center at the West Los Angeles VAMC. The contractor will furnish, design, coordinate, deliver, install, test, commission, and warrant 220 Temporary Supportive Housing Units. The contractor shall also include a Welcome Center and the associated site improvements in areas designated by VA.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a two-phase design-build solicitation with a period of performance of no more than 210 days after issuance of the NTP. The contract is estimated to be awarded on August 20, 2026.

- When and how do you bid? Proposals for Phase I will be due to the Contracting Officer on or around 5:00PM (ET) on June 23, 2026. Firms eligible to participate in Phase II will be notified via solicitation amendment.
