The Coast Guard needs a small business to supply thermal resistors for its ships.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Coast Guard needs thermal resistors for its 154' Fast Response Cutters ships service diesel generator. The resistors must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10 and marked IAW MIL-STD-129R. Failure to meet the packaging requirements will result in warehouse rejection.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a delivery schedule to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD. The notice doesn't say the contract length or expected start date.
- How will they pick the winner? The Coast Guard will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government, based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- When and how do you bid? Submit your quote electronically through SAM.gov by July 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Include a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services form with your quote.
