The Air Force is looking for a small business to supply construction materials for runway construction. Interested vendors must have access to a quarry that can produce the required aggregate, be a small business concern, and have a good past performance record. The contractor must also meet the general standards to be considered responsible and provide evidence of being capable of complying with CNMI import and bio-security standards if aggregate is sourced from outside the CNMI.

The contract is a multiple award BPA with a total value not exceeding $300,000,000.00. The scope of the agreements is for orders to be competed and awarded for the supply of construction materials necessary to construct a runway.
