The Air Force needs a small business to provide maintenance, storage, and logistics services for its trade show booth.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to provide maintenance, climate-controlled storage, and full turnkey logistics services to support the government-owned tradeshow booth.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order with a base period and four option years. The base period starts on June 1, 2026, and ends on May 30, 2027. The option years start on June 1 of each year and end on May 30 of the following year.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate responses to determine whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
- When and how do you bid? Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Questions shall be submitted electronically to Lucia Stidam at liudmila.stidam@us.af.mil and cc paul.brinckhaus@us.af.mil.
