The Air Force needs a small business to provide a Trailer Caddy HD Terminal Tractor with a 30,000lbs capacity, powered by a 48V Lithium Battery system with zero-emissions for indoor and outdoor operations. The tractor will have AC Digital Controller with adjustable acceleration/braking, neutral throttle braking, and a variable speed twist grip.
