The Navy needs a small business to provide translation and interpreting services for its facilities in Indian Head, MD. Interested vendors should provide a minimum of three Past Performance References, including name of the business/organization, address, and contract/order number, and award amount, point of contact, telephone number and description of the item.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The Navy will award Master BPAs on a 6-month rotation through June 2029. Interested vendors should provide documentation and references to Barbara.j.grinder.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 30 April for a June award, and no later than 31 October for a December award.
How will they pick the winner?
The Navy will evaluate past performance based on Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality.
When and how do you bid?
Interested vendors should submit a cover sheet with the official company name, cage code, and point of contact including name, phone number, and email address, along with documentation addressing the capabilities and expertise, and a price list if applicable. The Navy will consider vendors who possess a GSA contract and have provided their GSA contract number in their response. Vendors who are found to have technical and past performance merit will be issued a Master BPA to be able to bid on future requirements.
