- What exactly do they need? The International Boundary and Water Commission needs a Woman-Owned Small Business to provide translation services for its El Paso HQ. The services shall be quoted ALL or NONE as per CLIN structure attached and returned with your quote via e-mail directly to the contracting officer. The services will be for the Base Year + One Option Year.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), responsible offeror. The contract will be for the Base Year + One Option Year.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate Offers based on Technical acceptability to meet IBWC requirements, Technical Approach, and Past Performance.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes shall be good for 90 Days. Offer due date/local time: June 29, 2026; 3:00 pm MST. Only questions submitted by email to angelica.baca@ibwc.gov and Seone.jones@ibwc.gov will be considered. Questions received from Offerors after 3p on 6/22/26 may not be responded to. Active UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) must be included in your offer.
