The Defense Logistics Agency needs a small business to conduct annual and triennial inspections of four underground storage tanks in Richmond, VA.

Key Details

The contractor shall provide all necessary services to conduct annual and triennial inspections and testing for four (4) Underground Storage Tanks (USTs): UT-4, UT-5, UT-41, and UT-42, located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR).

What exactly do they need?

  • Conduct annual leak detection equipment operability checks of interstitial sensors, automatic tank gauges, and spill bucket visual gauges.
  • Conduct triennial testing of overfill prevention equipment, spill buckets, and sumps.
  • Perform all testing and documentation in accordance with 9 Virginia Administrative Code (VAC) 25-580-82 and document on Virginia DEQ specific UST testing forms.
  • Provide all testing results to the Government Point of Contact (POC) within ten (10) business days.
  • Report any testing failures immediately (within 2 hours).
