This includes remodeling restrooms, lead paint remediation, determining if asbestos abatement is required, and asbestos abatement as determined by VA.

The contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15.101-2. The duration of the project is estimated to be 270-calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.

How will they pick the winner? The government will evaluate proposals based on lowest price technically acceptable.

When and how do you bid? The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or about 01 May 2026, and the proposal due date will be about 05 June 2026 by 2:00pm. An organized site visit will be scheduled for 15 May 2026 at 10:00am at the Leavenworth VAMC BLDG. 21 Engineering Office.
