The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to upgrade substation building 2 at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Medical Center in Philadelphia.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need? Replacement of Electrical Substations 1 and 2 with new 480/277V substations, each containing a 1500 kVA transformer, and a temporary 480/277V substation with a 1500 kVA transformer to maintain electrical service during demolition and construction.
  • What is the timeline? The project must be completed within 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
  • When is the deadline? The solicitation documents and drawings will be available for download from SAM.GOV on or about June 15, 2026.
