The Army needs a small business to provide non-personal services for 46 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) across eight divisions within the USARCENT G3 Directorate and Command Group. This includes modeling and simulation (M&S) based exercises, operational planning, current operations (OPCEN), target development, air and missile defense (AMD) synchronization, and strategic planning support.

  • What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and option years. The period of performance will be approximately 12 months. The delivery schedule will be 24/7/365.

  • How will they pick the winner?

The evaluation basis will be best-value tradeoff. The Government will evaluate proposals based on technical merit, past performance, and price.

  • 8(a) certified (a small-business program for socially/economically disadvantaged owners)
  • Has experience in modeling and simulation (M&S) based exercises, operational planning, current operations (OPCEN), target development, air and missile defense (AMD) synchronization, and strategic planning support

  • Your firm must hold an active TOP SECRET Facility Clearance (FCL) at the time of proposal submission
  • Your proposed personnel must possess required specialized military training certifications
