The US Coast Guard needs a small business to overhaul the hydraulic cylinder on the USCGC Stratton. The work must be performed on-site at 1 Eagle Rd. Alameda CA. The planned Period of Performance (PoP) is from 15June2026-10July2026.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract is a firm-fixed-price service contract with a planned Period of Performance of 25 days. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose technically acceptable quotation represents the lowest price.

How will they pick the winner?

The Government will evaluate qualifications and past performance of the prime offeror and any identified subcontractors as part of the overall evaluation of the offeror's ability to successfully perform the requirement. The Government will also evaluate the offeror's demonstrated understanding of the requirements and ability to reliably source and deliver the required items.
