The USDA Forest Service needs a small business to rehabilitate existing roofing systems at its facilities in New Mexico. The work involves installing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof recover systems over existing metal and flat (tar/built-up) roofs, along with full replacement of gutters and downspouts.

The contract is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a base year and two option years. The period of performance is approximately 12 months.

The evaluation basis is best-value tradeoff, with a 50% technical score and a 50% price score.
