- What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to perform the Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking of the USNS Arctic, a shipbuilding and repair job, at the contractor's facility on the East or Gulf Coast. The work will take place from 8 February 2027 to 3 July 2027.
