Key Details

• What exactly do they need? The Minnesota Air National Guard needs 2 UTV Side-by-Sides with a 1000cc fuel-injected engine, power steering, and a crew-cab capable of seating 6 passengers and a cargo box. The vehicles must have dual front and rear A-arms, a 2500 lb. towing capacity, a 1200 lb. hauling capacity, 4-wheel disc brakes, a fully enclosed/sealed cab enclosure with a hard top roof and full doors, factory-installed heating and air conditioning, a push-out windshield with wipers, a rear glass, a rearview mirror, a front bumper with a winch and 4500 lb. synthetic rope, selectable 2WD/4WD capabilities, a 2" receiver, dual LED headlights and taillights, a dual row 31" combo light bar, and all necessary wiring harnesses.
• What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and option years. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that is most advantageous to the Government and on the basis of a Best Value approach.
• How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate offers based on price, technical, delivery, and past performance. Technical, delivery, and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to price.
• When and how do you bid? Bids are due on July 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Offers must be submitted electronically through SAM.gov.
