The Army needs a small business to provide UXO dud survey and clearance services at the Remagen Hand Grenade Range.

Key Details

What exactly do they need? The Army needs a small business to provide UXO dud survey and clearance services at the Remagen Hand Grenade Range. This includes performing surface and sub-surface sweeps, identifying and marking explosive hazards, and conducting on-site demolition of located ordnance.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The Army will establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one BPA holder. The BPA will be used on an as-needed basis for individual calls. The notice doesn't say how long the contract will last.

How will they pick the winner? The Army will evaluate proposals based on technical capability and price. Technical capability is significantly more important than price.

When and how do you bid? Submit a capability statement electronically to the Points of Contact listed below by June 11, 2026, at 10AM EST.
