The Navy needs a small business to manufacture and deliver a wiring system repair set for the V-22 aircraft.

Key Details

What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to manufacture and deliver a wiring system repair set (P/N: 4271AS0230-1, NIIN: LLERG9722) for the FMS V-22 program. The repair set must be delivered to Joint Base MDL, NJ.
What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and option years. The Government will release the solicitation on the SAM.gov website, and vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all the amendments.
How will they pick the winner? The Government will award the contract to the responsible small business whose proposal is technically acceptable with acceptable past performance, in full compliance to all other requirements set forth in the solicitation, and the lowest price.
When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be released on the SAM.gov website, and vendors should submit their proposals electronically through the website.

Offerors will be required to submit a DD2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to obtain a copy of the drawings associated with the solicitation.
Registration in the Department of Defense DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database will be a prerequisite for receiving an award.
The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements do apply to this effort, and the CMMC level required is CMMC Level 2- Self-Assessment.

Register in the Department of Defense DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database.
Complete a CMMC Level 2- Self-Assessment in Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to award.
