The Navy needs a small business to supply Vector and scalar Mixer/Converter Measurements. The Naval Research Laboratory is looking for a brand-name or equal supplier for the equipment. The supplier must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
This is a Firm-Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a small business size standard of 500. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
How will they pick the winner?
The Government will evaluate offers based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offers will be ranked lowest to highest according to price.
