The Air Force needs a small business to upgrade video teleconferencing systems at Cannon AFB, NM.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to restore and upgrade the 27 SOSS Video Teleconference system to support Government provided bring-you-own-device (BYOD) laptop connectivity. - What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a base year and two option years. The contractor shall ensure all connected VTC devices communicate properly and that the system supports laptop-based VTC operation.
- How will they pick the winner? The evaluation basis is best-value tradeoff, with technical and past-performance factors carrying weight.
