  • What exactly do they need?

The Air Force needs a small business to install and maintain a surveillance camera system at the Visitor Control Center on F.E. Warren AFB. The system must provide a live feed to security forces to monitor the base visitor control center and respond to any perceived threats. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, expertise, and equipment to execute installation and 1-year warranty of the camera system.

  • What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of 150 calendar days following the contract award. The Government anticipates awarding the contract on or about mid July 2026.

  • How will they pick the winner?

The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose conforming quote is deemed most advantageous to the Government based on a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology. Quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability on a pass/fail basis to ensure they meet all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, including personnel qualifications and security criteria.

  • When and how do you bid?

Bids are due on July 2, 2026, and must be submitted through SAM.gov.

Routine commodity buy — low-effort bid, modest payoff.
