- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to provide in-transit inspection point services worldwide for the Worldwide Warehouse Redist Services (WWRS) program. This includes inspecting shipments, verifying material, and packaging items for onward movement. The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring 90% of shipments are turned around in less than two business days after receipt of material.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period of January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, and four option periods. The contractor will be responsible for performing the services for the duration of the contract.
