The US Army Corps of Engineers needs a small business to renovate a warehouse restroom.

- What exactly do they need?
- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform restroom renovation services within a warehouse facility.
- Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing fixtures and finishes; installation of plumbing fixtures, ventilation systems, and minor electrical components; installation of restroom accessories; painting and finish work; and all incidental work required to provide a complete and fully functional restroom.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
- The contract type is firm-fixed-price.
- The period of performance shall be 45 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
- How will they pick the winner?
- The Government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government.
- When and how do you bid?
- Quotes are due no later than June 22, 2026 at 10:00 CST Local Time.
