The U.S. Army needs a HUBZone small business to install water and electrical utility lines at the Minooka Park C Loop Campground, located at Wilson Lake in Kansas. The work includes removal and replacement of existing water and electrical utilities to 31 campsites along C Loop, installation of new water and electrical lines, and all related incidental work.

The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a period of approximately 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), open to HUBZone Small Businesses.
