The National Park Service needs a small business to fabricate and install 19 in-ground low-profile cantilever style wayside bases, remove 19 in-ground low-profile style wayside bases, and dispose of 16 wayside bases throughout Independence National Historical Park, Thaddeus Kosciuszko National Memorial, Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site, and Gloria Dei Church National Historical Site in Philadelphia, PA. The work includes all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to complete the fabrication, installation, and disposal of the wayside bases in accordance with the project specifications.
