The Selective Service System needs a small business to modernize its website. The contract will be a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract using negotiated procurement procedures. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the addenda to Evaluation�Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and make award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined to be in the Government's best interest.
