The Air Force needs a small business to provide weed abatement and landscaping services at Nellis AFB, NV. The scope includes:

  • Removing and clearing large weeds and grasses from parking lot islands and surrounding areas of building 1733 within 100 feet.
  • Collecting and removing all trash and debris in parking lots and around building 1733, including water retention basins.
  • Trimming all trees and bushes to maintain a well-kept appearance.
  • Cleaning building 1733 front lobby windows and "mesh" shade screens.
  • Providing at least four (4) follow-up services during the period of performance, including weed abatement, tree trimming, and cleaning.

The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of approximately 6 months.

The Air Force will evaluate proposals based on price and the ability to meet the required services.

Proposals are due on August 3, 2026, and must be submitted through SAM.gov.
