The work includes removing the existing centrifugal pump, installing two redundant inverter-duty centrifugal pumps, and installing a variable frequency drive (VFD) and support controls. The new pumps must be capable of flowing 200 gallons per minute of water and have a minimum of 120 feet of head up to a maximum of 200 feet of head. The VFD must have a bypass function and BACnet capabilities. A digital flow meter and digital pressure gauges with BACnet capabilities must also be installed.
