The Air Force needs a specialized wheel washer for C-130 aircraft. The equipment must meet or exceed the following specifications: heated wash system, automated brush cleaning system, high-pressure spray cleaning system, C-130-specific wheel and hub cleaning brushes, and a minimum internal wash chamber dimension of 26 inches x 26 inches x 26 inches.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a delivery schedule of 90 calendar days after contract award. The Government will process payments upon successful milestone delivery or upon Final Acceptance.

Proposals will be evaluated on a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" basis. The evaluation factors are technical compliance, price, delivery schedule, and past performance.
