The Army needs a small business to repair the roof of the Whitney Lake Powerhouse.

Key Details

What exactly do they need? The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to replace multiple levels of roofs at the Whitney Dam Powerhouse, including TPO and Standing Seam Metal Roof. The project requires the replacement of the existing metal roof panels, gutters, and downspouts, and the contractor must perform a structural survey of the existing roof overbuild steel framing structure prior to construction.

What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a Firm-Fixed price contract with a base period of 110 calendar days and an option period. The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).

How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate proposals based on best value, considering factors such as the contractor's experience, qualifications, and past performance.
