This includes repairing damage to road surfaces and drainage structures during suppression/repair of the Emigrant fire. The work areas may be reached by Forest roads that are accessible by a standard two-wheel drive pickup equipped with snow tires and chains, if needed, during normal operating seasons.

The contract is a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with an estimated start date of July 23, 2026 and a period of performance through October 30, 2026. The contractor shall begin work within 10 days of the Post Award Conference.
- How will they pick the winner?
The winner will be chosen based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The evaluation factors include the Schedule of Items, the quoter's business information and pricing, and the written response to the Evaluation Factors.
