- What exactly do they need? The VA wants a contractor to replace the roofs of several buildings at the Wilmington VAMC, including Roof 3D, Physical Therapy Roof, Roof 10, and Roof 11. The contractor must provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses, equipment, dumpsters (if needed), and supervision for the roof replacement project as specified in the statement of work.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 60 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
