The Navy needs a small business to provide wireless services and devices for its forward deployed personnel.

  • The Navy needs 100 wireless devices and 43 Mobile WiFi (MiFi) devices with wireless service plans to support its forward deployed personnel.
  • The devices and service plans must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 01 PWS-NWSG-1 Wireless Services and Devices.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline?
  • The contract will be a 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods.
  • The Government may also evaluate an option to extend services for up to six months.

  • The evaluation will be based on the best value to the Government.

  • Quotations must be received on or before 2:00PM Chamorro Standard Time (ChST) on July 31, 2026.
