The Navy needs a small business to provide standard commercial X-ray film and supplies at competitive prices.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need? The Navy is looking for a supplier of standard commercial X-ray film and supplies, including radiographic film, processing chemicals, and other related items.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 6-month rotation through February 2029. The Navy intends to issue Master BPAs on a 6-month rotation.
  • How will they pick the winner? The Navy will evaluate past performance, including customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality.
  • When and how do you bid? Interested vendors should provide a minimum of three past performance references and submit their bid by email to Barbara.j.grinder.civ@us.navy.mil by December 31 for a February award or June 30 for an August award.

Routine commodity buy — low-effort bid, modest payoff.
