Project 565-26-110 Replace Air Handler Unit #34 at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. See attached SF1442 solicitation and its attachments. A presolicitation notice is not required for this action under RFO FAR 5.101(a), however the notice was needed for technical reasons to post the solicitation.
